Method of Payment
  • We accept Credit Card and PayPal settlement.
  • Available credit cards:
    VISA, MasterCard
    *The settlement process will be executed immediately when ordering for Pre-Order items.
  • Exchange rates are subject to change.
    Please be sure the amount cannot be changed at the time of purchase.

Shipping Charges & Fees

  • Products will be shipped by DHL.
  • Customs duties and shipping charges are included in the item price.

Delivery time

Shipment will be made by DHL within 3 business days after the order confirmation. （Pre-order items are exceptions）

Cancellation or Exchanges

Cancellation after the order is confirmed and change in contents of the order cannot be received.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges of products shall be applied mutatis mutandis to the provisions of the following rules.

1. Returns and Exchanges of Defected products.

If there are defects or failures in the item purchased, the defective part will be checked and respond with the exchange or refund.

<Procedure>

  • Please contact customer support (customerservice@shanstudio.cn) within seven days of receiving the products.
  • Please note that returning of the products after 8 days will not be accepted.
  • Refund will be made in case the same item is out of stock.


※Please note that we are unable to accept returns if any of the following conditions apply.

<Products that cannot be exchanged or returned>

      • Merchandise that is damaged, stained, wrinkled, or has an odor (including perfume) that are in a different condition than when delivered
      • Other signs of use that do not qualify as good quality.
      • Merchandise without tags or accessories
      • Merchandise that has been repaired or altered for the customer’s convenience
      • Merchandise with a non-return policy stated in the product description
      • Merchandise purchased from other than our official online store.
    *Products purchased from other than our official online store cannot be returned or exchanged directly. Please contact the retailer where you purchased the product.
 
    • *SUSU SHAN reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with prior notice.
 

2. Returns and Exchanges of Non-defective products

Please note that we do not accept any returns and exchanges due to customer’s convenience.
